What’s the turn-around time on your work?

 If you need your item by a certain date, please email me prior to placing your order. I have rush production services available for a charge, and can arrange for expedited shipping if necessary. Please keep in mind that all of my work is completely handmade, and it takes time to produce quality work. 
 
Do you do repairs?
I will take care of all repairs on Louise Goods pieces for life, excluding the Mast Brothers burlap totes. Please allow a two-week turn around on repairs. You are responsible for the shipment to the studio and I will cover the return shipping. Please contact me ahead of time to arrange the repair.
 
What about repairs for other leather goods?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate repairs on work outside of our brand at this time.
 
Can I come visit your shop?
Sure! My studio is currently located in the Bronx. If you wish to visit my studio, please contact me to schedule an appointment.
 
Where do you get your leather?
I work primarily with veg-tanned leathers, sourced primarily from the Italy. For more details on the materials, please visit the Materials section.
 
Do you take custom orders?
Based on my current production volume, I am not currently able to take on modification requests to existing work (i.e. change in strap length).
Regarding all other custom orders: I am not currently taking on custom orders at this time. 
 
How can I become a stockist?
